I Tried It ~ Silver Embossing

For You ~ Thank You Card

Today I decided to try a card idea that Kristina Werner demonstrated using Amazing, a stamp set from Simon Says Stamp March Kit.  She makes it look so easy and fun!  I have included her video as she provided a lot of helpful tips. The tip that I found most helpful was to dry your image before embossing. Let's just say I didn't believe the ink I was using was slow drying... wrong.  The embossing powder will stick to wet ink and that is not a pretty look. 

I have a lot of embossing powder but do not use it enough on projects. It was very easy to emboss the sides of the cards as well and took very little time.
